These terms are an agreement between you and Kingdom Games ("we", "us" or "our") about your use of Eden Match (the "game"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how information is handled.

1. Players of all ages

Eden Match is made for the whole family. If you are a child, or not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you and help you understand them. Parents and guardians are responsible for how children use the game, including any purchases.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download Eden Match and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. The game and everything in it, including its artwork, characters, music, sounds, levels and code, belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may not copy, sell, rent, change, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows this anyway.

3. Coins, Golden Seeds and other game items

The game uses items such as coins, Golden Seeds, hearts, boosters, decorations and Wonders. These items exist only inside the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else. You have a licence to use them in the game; you do not own them.

Your progress and items are saved on your phone. If you remove the game, clear its data or lose your phone, they may be lost and we may not be able to restore them.

4. Purchases

If the game offers items to buy, purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are covered by that store's terms and payment rules. Prices are shown in the game before you buy. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies, and nothing in these terms takes away any right to a refund you have by law. Players under the age of majority need permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything.

5. Playing fairly and kindly

When you play Eden Match, please do not:

• cheat, hack, or use bots, modified versions of the game or tools that change how it works;
• try to get items or progress in ways the game does not allow;
• interfere with the game, its servers or other players' enjoyment of it;
• use a player name or animal name that is unkind, rude or hurtful, or that contains anyone's personal details, such as a real name, address, email address or phone number.

6. Scripture

Scripture in the game and on this website is from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. The way the verses are chosen, arranged and presented in Eden Match belongs to us.

7. Updates and availability

We keep improving Eden Match, so the game may change. We may add, change or remove levels, features, items and prices, and updates may be needed to keep playing. We will do our best to keep the game running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, without interruption or without errors, or that it will work on every device.

8. The game is provided "as is"

As far as the law allows, Eden Match is provided as it is and as available, without promises or warranties beyond those the law requires. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of game progress or items. Where we are responsible, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game and purchases in it during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop playing at any time by removing the game. If someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, we may stop them using the game or parts of it.

11. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store

These terms are between you and Kingdom Games, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it, including product liability claims, claims that it does not meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or claims that it infringes someone else's rights. If the game fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Your use of the game must also follow the App Store's usage rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Your rights under the law

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of the place where you live gives you as a consumer. If you have a problem with the game, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is important we will let you know in the game. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
